Transformational Leadership (My Journey with John Maxwell To Guatemala)
I am honored to join over 140 of my Colleagues, Coaches and Dr. John Maxwell this week to make our way to Guatemala to train more than 20,000 Guatemalan leaders on the Transformational Leadership. The participating Guatemalan leaders represent a cross-section of seven different streams of influence; government, business, education, etc…at all levels. The need for transformation exists when people groups experience unnecessary suffering. Currently in Guatemala, half of children living there suffer from chronic malnutrition resulting in stunted growth and lowered IQ scores. It has the highest rate of child malnutrition in Latin America. I’m excited to be part of this mission. Please keep us in your prayers. This is just the beginning… Thank you!
